Refund Policy

At Webtrack Solutions, we strive to deliver high-fidelity digital design, custom development, SEO, and IT services. Because our work is tailored to each client's specific business objectives, we outline our policy regarding refunds, billing milestones, and project cancellations below.

1. Retainer & Milestone Payments

Most custom software engineering and designing projects are divided into distinct stages or milestones (e.g., Discovery/Design, Frontend Development, Integration, and Handover).

  • Upfront Retainer: A non-refundable advance fee (typically 25% to 50% of the project budget) is required before work begins. This secures design/engineering resources for your project.
  • Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone has been completed, reviewed, and approved (either explicitly or implicitly through continuation to the next step), the payment associated with that milestone is strictly non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may choose to terminate a project by providing a written notice of cancellation.

  • Payment for Work Completed: Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all design and development hours logged or milestones achieved up to the date of cancellation. Any unpaid milestones or partially completed work must be settled by the client.
  • Asset Delivery: Upon settlement of outstanding dues for work completed up to the cancellation date, Webtrack Solutions will deliver the completed portion of the design files or codebase to the client. If outstanding dues remain unpaid, Webtrack Solutions retains ownership of all project assets.

3. Recurring Maintenance & SEO Services

Monthly or annual subscriptions for website maintenance, server hosting management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services are billed in advance. You may cancel these subscriptions at any time by providing a notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of an active billing cycle.

4. Free Online Tools & Calculators

All online utility tools, financial calculators, developer converters, and writing tools on our platform are completely free to use. There are no fees, subscriptions, or service charges associated with these Tools, and they are not subject to any billing, cancellation, or refund claims.

5. Refunds Processing

In rare cases where a refund is deemed eligible (e.g., if a payment was made in error or double-billed), it will be processed and returned to the original source of payment or UPI address within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

We believe in clear and honest communication. If you are dissatisfied with any phase of our deliverables, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a mutually agreeable technical solution before taking any formal steps. All agreements are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mohali, Punjab.
