No. Security is prioritized. The images are read, converted to JPEG streams, and bound together using standard client-side JavaScript libraries entirely inside your web browser. No network uploads occur.
A margin of 10mm (about 1 cm) is standard for standard documents. If you want full-bleed printable pages (where the images touch the exact edges of the paper sheets), select 0mm.
There is no built-in limit. However, because each image occupies memory space, compiling a document with many large images (e.g. 50+ photos) might require a brief processing time or crash low-ram mobile devices.
